Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to Abhish.in ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, safeguard, and disclose your information when you access our client dashboard, purchase services, and communicate with our support team.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as data generated automatically during your interaction with our platform.
- Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your full name, email address, and account password.
- Service & Project Data: When you order a service (e.g., Web Development, App Development, Hosting), we collect project details, domain names, and specifications related to your order.
- Billing & Payment Records: Because we process payments manually via UPI, we collect Transaction IDs (UTR numbers), payment amounts, and billing dates to verify your purchases. We do not collect or store your bank account numbers or credit card details.
- Support & Communication Data: We retain the contents of your Support Tickets and Live Chat messages to provide ongoing customer service and maintain a history of your requests.
- Audit Logs & Security Data: To ensure platform integrity and prevent fraud, our system automatically records audit logs. This includes your IP address, timestamps of your logins, and specific actions taken within the dashboard.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect strictly to operate our platform and deliver our services to you. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Create, manage, and secure your client account.
- Deliver the services you have ordered and manage your billing cycles.
- Verify your manual payments and generate invoices.
- Respond to your inquiries via the Support Ticket system and Live Chat.
- Send administrative emails (e.g., password resets, invoice reminders, service updates) via our secure SMTP servers.
- Monitor platform security, prevent unauthorized access, and investigate suspicious activities using our audit logs.
4. Cookies and Session Management
Our platform uses strictly necessary cookies to function securely. We use session cookies to keep you logged in as you navigate between pages and to protect your account against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We are committed to a privacy-first approach. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We will only share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if legally required to do so by law enforcement, courts, or government agencies.
- Essential Service Providers: We may share minimal necessary data with trusted third-party infrastructure providers (such as secure SMTP email gateways) strictly for the purpose of operating our platform.
6. Data Security
We implement strong technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. This includes secure database architecture (prepared statements to prevent SQL injection), encrypted password hashing, CSRF token validation on all forms, and restricted administrative access to audit logs and chat histories.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data, invoices, and support history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may retain certain billing information and audit logs for longer periods if required to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with legal and tax obligations.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Access and review the personal data we hold about you.
- Request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request the deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to our legal and billing retention requirements).
To exercise any of these rights, please open a Support Ticket in your client dashboard.

5. Support and Communication
We provide support via our integrated Ticketing System and Client Chat Center. When interacting with our support staff, you agree to:
- Use clear, respectful language. Abusive, threatening, or vulgar language will not be tolerated and may lead to service termination.
- Keep service requests organized by using the appropriate ticket categories and referencing the correct Service IDs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and active services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, fail to pay open invoices, or engage in fraudulent activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abhish.in and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
