Please include your full name and registered email address in the body of the email to help us verify your identity. Our administrative team will process your request and confirm via email once your account has been permanently erased.
What happens when I request data deletion?
Once we verify and process your account deletion request, we will securely and permanently remove your profile information, active services, chat history, and support tickets from our active databases. Please note that certain financial records, invoices, and transaction logs (such as UPI verification details) may be retained for a longer period strictly to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
